What is Private Management?

• I offer a complete version and I manage your property(ies) in your name and on your behalf. For example, but not limited to

  • I relieve you of the time-consuming administrative constraints

    (payment reminders/annual balance of charges/recharge the costs due/indexations),

  • I recommend necessary work and coordinate with quality contractors after studying the bids received.

  • I deal directly with your tenants - if applicable.

• I also offer a ‘light’ service, I will assist you but in a limited and ad hoc manner in the matter that is bothering you, 

I also offer a concierge service for temporary/seasonal lets.
